A b o u t U s
Dan is a classically trained chef with over 15 years experience having worked predominately in London under revered chefs such as Gary Rhodes and the Galvin brothers, before taking a Head Chef position at the 3 AA rosette Odettes in Primrose Hill. Dan also spent time in France working at restaurants including the michelin starred Les Hautes Roches, as well as a spell in Northern Spain at the 3 star Michelin restaurant Martin Berasategui.
A native of Norfolk, Holly spent her teenage years working in several pubs and restaurants in the area. She then went on to graduate from the University of Leeds, before being offered a job with London catering company, Rhubarb, as an Events Assistant at their new opening, The Sky Garden.
